Garlic Potatoes With Creamy Lobster
Easy to make, creamy and tasty main dish.

Ingredients

Baby potatoes

Cooked Lobster

Cabbage

Romaine lettuce

Directions

Thoroughly wash potatoes

 Boil potatoes, with jackets in a saucepan until cooked

Drain potatoes using a colander and add butter and a generous amount of garlic and let cook for a few minutes

Add about three table spoons of cream to the potatoes and allow to simmer

Set potatoes aside


Add some butter to a saucepan and sautee some mined garlic

 Add cooked and well drained lobster meat to garlic and butter pan

Add about  half a cup of cream to the lobster

Let it cook for two or three minutes

Using a food processor, vegetable chopper or knife, shred the cabbage and lettuce into a mixing bowl.

Add mayonnaise or favourite salad dressing to the mixing bowl

Plate potatoes, lobster and salad and serve.

Can be served with some white wine, if desired.
