ABANTU VILLAGE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for refunds and exchanges within 30 days for all orders from the date of delivery. All items must be unworn and unwashed in original condition with the tag still attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. Returns or exchanges submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

 To begin the return process, please FIRST contact us by completing the RETURNS page through the link at the bottom of our website to obtain an RMA number. If for some reason you are unable to complete this page, send us an email to sales@abantuvillge.com with your order number in the subject line. After we respond to your Returns submission or email we will instruct you to send your items to the address listed below. Please include RMA number and a brief description of what you would like; a return or exchange. This information must be included with your return if you do not use the returns portal. Be sure to get a tracking number for your records and allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return once it has been delivered.

REFUND:

Store credit will be issued to returns received after 30 days.

For credit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.

For PayPal payments, please allow 1-2 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.

 

EXCHANGES:

We accept exchanges within 30 days after your order was delivered to you. If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit if we receive item within 30 days.

 

CLEARANCE ITEMS:

Items bought on clearance are final sale. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

ALTERED ITEMS:

Items that have been altered are final sale. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS:

In the instance that Canada Post tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the Canada Post, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package is not properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open up a case with the Canada Post. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.
